NASA Shares Photos Shot on iPhone 17 Pro Max During Artemis II Mission to the Moon

NASA released three photos taken on an iPhone 17 Pro Max by Artemis II astronauts during the mission.

Flickr metadata shows the images were taken with the phone's front camera on April 2, the mission's second day.

All four Orion crew members reportedly carry iPhone 17 Pro Max devices for personal photos and videos.

Other mission images have been captured with Nikon D5, Nikon Z 9, and GoPro HERO4 Black cameras.
