Video released by Ukrainian forces shows Russian Shahed drones with missing panels, exposed wiring, warped parts, and other serious defects.

Reports say rushed production at the Alabuga plant in Tatarstan, poor labor conditions, and lower-grade components are dragging down quality.

The defects appear to be reducing Shahed strike effectiveness and overall operational reliability.

Ukraine’s interceptor drones and strikes on production sites are adding further pressure on Russia’s drone program.
