Google Home expands Workspace support, including Nest migration & sharing

Google Home now supports Workspace accounts for home sharing, member invites, and accepting invitations.

Workspace users can join Nest Account Migration and set up newer Nest devices in the Google Home app.

Google still recommends personal accounts for primary homes, and Workspace accounts remain blocked from Gemini for Home early access and some Google Assistant personal results.

The update makes Google Home more practical for work- or school-managed homes, but account-control risks and feature gaps remain.
