Disney announces three new Disney+ and Hulu app features

Disney is rolling out deeper Disney+ and Hulu integration, including Hulu profile linking inside Disney+ and new Hulu avatars.

Users will be able to stream Hulu content in Disney+ without a separate Disney+ account, while watch history and profiles continue syncing after linking.

Disney also plans to test a Live Guide for live content and later bring more Hulu features, like Live TV and add-ons, into Disney+.

The Hulu app will stay available for now as Disney moves toward a more unified streaming experience.
