Starfield Reveals PS5 and PS5 Pro Exclusive Features

PS5 version of Starfield uses DualSense features like adaptive triggers, touchpad menu navigation, health-indicating light bar, and controller speaker for voice logs (touchpad left-click opens mission log).

On PS5 Pro, players get Pro Visual and Pro Performance graphics modes that use PSSR upscaling.

The PS5 port launches Tuesday, April 7, alongside the Terran Armada expansion and the Free Lanes content update.

The Free Lanes update is available to all Starfield players and does not require the Terran Armada DLC.

Starfield quickly reached the PlayStation Store top five behind Crimson Desert; it’s unclear if the DualSense features will come to the Steam version.
