Xiaomi YU7 Entry-Level Version Spotted: 73 kWh Battery, 633 km Range

Xiaomi’s YU7 has appeared in China’s MIIT filing as a new entry-level EV trim.

It uses a 73.0 kWh battery, weighs 2,200 kg, and is rated for 633/643 km of CLTC range.

The new version keeps the same body size as the standard YU7 but offers 19-, 20-, and 21-inch wheel options.

With a smaller battery and lower range, it is expected to be the cheapest YU7 variant and widen the lineup’s appeal.
