Galaxy S26 users get first access to Samsung’s One UI 9 beta

Samsung has announced the Android 17-based One UI 9 beta for the Galaxy S26 series, rolling out to select countries later this week.

The beta adds expanded Quick Panel controls, new tools in Samsung Notes and Contacts, stronger accessibility support, and suspicious app detection.

Eligible users can join through the Samsung Members app, with the update delivered over the air.

Older flagship phones and foldables should get the beta later, while One UI 9 will launch publicly on the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Galaxy Z Flip 8.
