Hackers Are Posting the Claude Code Leak With Bonus Malware

Anthropic accidentally exposed the source code for Claude Code, and copies quickly spread across GitHub.

Researchers found some reposted versions were altered to include infostealer malware.

Anthropic has been removing the repositories with copyright takedowns.

The leak now creates a supply-chain risk for developers who may download untrusted code.
