Xreal’s budget AR glasses feature anti-shake tech and swappable frames

Xreal has launched a new subbrand, X By Xreal, and will bring the $299 a01 AR glasses to the US in July.

The a01 uses a spatial anti-shake algorithm instead of full depth-of-field tracking, aiming for steadier visuals at a lower cost.

The glasses weigh about 62 grams, feature a 1,600-nit HDR10 display, and support three interchangeable front frame styles.

They still require a wired connection and do not include a built-in battery, keeping them focused on affordable wearable display use.
