Oura Ring 5 arrives: See price, features, and release date details

Oura unveiled the Ring 5, a smaller health wearable that starts at $399 and goes on sale June 4.

The new ring is 40% smaller than the previous model and adds app features for live activity tracking and background health monitoring.

Oura is also rolling out AI-powered health insights, including Health Radar and support for tracking GLP-1-related effects.

Optional premium finishes and a charging case will be sold separately.
