I Resurrected a Dead F1 Project and Accidentally Built a Race Intelligence OS

The app combines animated circuit maps, driver telemetry comparisons, WebSocket updates, team radio, and pit-stop simulation in a multi-panel interface.

It adds AI-powered race intelligence, with strategy analysis and voice commentary from tools like Claude and ElevenLabs.

Built with FastF1, Next.js, FastAPI, Vercel, and Railway, it turns raw motorsport data into a decision-support tool for race analysis.
