Anthropic launches Claude Security to give defenders the same AI edge attackers already have

Anthropic launched Claude Security in public beta for Claude Enterprise users to scan code across files and modules for vulnerabilities, assess severity and confidence, and suggest fixes.

The beta adds scheduled scans, CSV export, and integrations with Slack and Jira to streamline security workflows.

Anthropic says the tool is meant to help defenders match AI-powered offensive capabilities with better detection and remediation.

Major security vendors including CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, SentinelOne, and Wiz are adopting Claude Opus 4.7 in their products.
