OnePlus is building another flagship monster for a shrinking audience, and it's expected to launch in October

A leak says the OnePlus 16 could launch in China this October with upgraded flagship hardware.

Reported specs include a flat 6.78-inch display, a smaller rear camera module, a 9,000mAh battery, and a 200MP camera.

The phone is also tipped to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro, positioning it as a top-end Android flagship.

Its availability outside China remains uncertain, raising concerns about whether OnePlus is further narrowing its global focus.
