Xiaohongshu plans to build a 3.2 trillion won AI data center in Inner Mongolia

Xiaohongshu is pushing to build a 600MW AI data center near Ulanqab, Inner Mongolia.

The facility is estimated to cost about 15 billion yuan, or roughly 3.2 trillion won.

Local hiring has begun, and cooperation with VNET is also under discussion.

The target is to start operations in Q1 2027, highlighting China’s expanding AI infrastructure buildout.
