Gemini app starts rolling out Personal Intelligence globally

Google is expanding Gemini’s Personal Intelligence feature worldwide outside Europe.

The feature uses connected Google data from Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Photos, YouTube, Search, Maps, and more to generate more personalized responses.

It is opt-in, can be managed in settings, and is rolling out first to paid subscribers before reaching free users.

The move should make Gemini more useful, while also raising privacy and access-control concerns as data access broadens.
