Pentel Renames Company to "Astrum"

Pentel Co. changed its corporate name to Astrum Co., effective April 1.

A corporate website for Astrum has been launched.

Plus Group plans to pursue phased integration of its stationery business through 2028.

Plus Group will change the corporate name from 'Pentel' to 'Astrum' and use it as the basis for the integration.

The 'Pentel' business brand will continue after the corporate name change and maintain global operations; Plus Group will not change the names of its domestic or overseas affiliates, and Sailor will remain an independent legal entity.
