NVIDIA finally announces the notebook SoC "NVIDIA RTX Spark," featuring 128GB of memory, an NVIDIA GPU, and an Arm-based CPU for running high-performance AI locally

NVIDIA unveiled RTX Spark, a notebook SoC announced at the GTC Taipei 2026 keynote.

It combines a 1-petaflop Blackwell GPU, a 20-core Grace CPU, and 128GB of unified memory, with support for CUDA and TensorRT.

The company says it can run AI models of up to 120 billion parameters locally, while also handling AAA games at high resolution.

Partner laptops from major PC makers are expected in fall 2026, and Microsoft is also planning a Surface Laptop Ultra.
