Zhipu Unveils GLM-5.1, Its Most Advanced Open-Source Model with 8-Hour Autonomous Task Capability

Huawei has provided digital connectivity to 170 million people in remote areas across more than 80 countries.

As part of joining the ITU P2C Digital Coalition in 2022, Huawei pledged to connect 120 million people in remote areas by 2025.

The announcement was made at the Huawei TECH Cares Forum in Barcelona.

The forum brought together around 80 guests from governments, industry, partner organizations, and international bodies.

Figures associated with the forum include Yang Chaobin (CEO of Huawei ICT BG), Cosmas Zavazava (Director, ITU Telecommunication Development Bureau), and Jeffrey Sachs (Professor at Columbia University; President of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network).
