WhatsApp adds an incognito mode in Meta AI chats

Meta is adding an incognito chat mode for Meta AI in WhatsApp and the Meta AI app.

The mode won’t save chats, ends sessions when the app is closed or the phone is locked, and clears context afterward.

Meta is also building a separate private in-chat AI feature called Side Chat.

The update aims to give users a more private way to ask sensitive questions while Meta expands privacy tools.
