Google's Nest Hub has no clue what time it is, and it's messing with our heads

Google is fixing a Nest Hub Gen 2 bug that can speak the wrong AM/PM time for alarms, even when the alarm is set correctly.

A user reported the device saying things like 3 a.m. instead of 3 p.m., which could confuse people about when their alarm will go off.

The issue appears limited so far, but Google says it is aware of the problem and working on a fix.

The glitch adds to reliability concerns around Google’s smart home products as it expands Gemini features like Gemini for Home and Continued Conversations.
