Final Fantasy XIV Online Director Confirms Mouse and Keyboard Support for Switch 2 Version

Final Fantasy XIV Online’s Switch 2 version will support Joy-Con 2 mouse controls.

Naoki Yoshida also confirmed external mouse and keyboard input will work on the new hardware.

Players should be able to swap control schemes depending on the activity, such as raids, crafting, or handheld play.

The move suggests Square Enix wants the MMO to feel usable both on the go and in more demanding PC-style scenarios.
