Otemachi Gate Building connecting Otemachi and Kanda completed; a pedestrian bridge over the Nihonbashi River

Mitsubishi Estate announced the completion of Otemachi Gate Building, a mixed-use project linking Otemachi and Kanda.

The 26-story, 3-basement building includes retail and agriculture/food support facilities on lower floors, with offices above.

Retail areas will open in stages from September, while the support facilities open on August 31.

Nearby public spaces were also unveiled, including the pedestrian bridge Naka-dori Sanpo-bashi and the disaster-prevention boat landing Kamakurakawashi Boat Pier.
