Uber One raises subscription fees, expands member benefits

Uber Japan announced an Uber One revamp, expanding benefits while raising the standard monthly and annual fees.

Rewards and perks are being strengthened across Uber Premium, Large Wagon Premium, Courier, Uber Taxi, and Uber Eats.

Family sharing is also being added, allowing multiple users to share membership benefits.

The changes will widen the gap between plans: standard members will pay more, while student plan users will see lower fees.
