Rolls-Royce's 100% hydrogen-powered jet engine reaches full power in landmark test

Rolls-Royce successfully ran a jet engine at full take-off thrust on 100% hydrogen in a world-first test.

The program, done with Britain’s Health and Safety Executive, included custom hydrogen controls, monitoring systems, and safety assessments.
