Popular Fortnite Emote Might Never Be Coming Back

A choreographer, Darrin Henson, sued Sony claiming he solely owns the 'Bye Bye Bye' choreography and seeks licensing income.

The lawsuit alleges Sony licensed the choreography to Marvel Studios and Epic Games without Henson's consent.
