Microsoft launches Scout, an OpenClaw-inspired personal assistant

Microsoft launched Scout, a cloud-based personal AI assistant built on the OpenClaw framework for Microsoft 365.

Scout is designed to keep a persistent identity, learn from user feedback, and connect with tools like email and calendars.

The assistant can help with tasks such as scheduling and drafting agendas, and is available through Microsoft’s Frontier program.

Microsoft says Scout includes policy checks and audit logs for added safety, and it requires a GitHub Copilot subscription.
