20 years in the AWS Cloud – how time flies! | Amazon Web Services

AWS marked its 20th anniversary, reflecting on two decades of cloud growth and the evolution of its product lineup.

The company highlighted its expansion to more than 240 services, from early pillars like S3 and EC2 to databases, containers, and serverless tools.

AWS also revisited major milestones such as RDS, VPC, DynamoDB, Redshift, ECS, EKS, Fargate, Aurora, and SageMaker.

The anniversary post shows how AWS has shaped cloud computing and shifted its roadmap toward data, machine learning, and generative AI infrastructure.
