Kordata Launches to Advance Neurotech-Powered Clinical Trials

Kordata has emerged from stealth with a neurotech platform aimed at enabling clinical trials for health systems and academic medical centers.

Using BIOS Health’s technology, the startup will capture neural data to help launch and run new trial sites, starting with CNS diseases.

The early focus is on hard-to-run areas such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and epilepsy, where recruitment and execution are especially challenging.

The launch highlights growing commercial interest in neurotechnology for drug development and could help ease the clinical trials backlog while creating new revenue opportunities.
