Nanoleaf bets its future on robots, red light therapy, and AI

Nanoleaf is expanding beyond smart lighting into wellness devices, embodied AI hardware, and robotics.

The company says smart lighting is still its core business, but lighting is now just one part of a broader consumer hardware lineup.

At least three AI-related launches are planned this year, alongside new red light therapy products.

Nanoleaf is also continuing to invest in Matter- and Thread-based lighting updates as it tries to move into higher-margin categories.
