7 things you need to know about the Oura Ring 5, the world's smallest smart ring

Oura launched the Ring 5, saying it is its smallest smart ring yet with a slimmer titanium body, lower weight, revised sensor domes, and better scratch resistance.

The ring comes in sizes 6 through 13, while base models now start at $399 and premium finishes remain $499.

A monthly subscription is still required, and Oura says the new design is meant to push smart rings toward smaller, lighter hardware.

Oura also rolled out updated health tools, including Blood Pressure Signals, Nighttime Breathing, and Health Radar, for older Oura rings too.
