Innodisk launches high-speed DDR5 12800 MT/s MRDIMM supporting AI workloads

Innodisk announced a DDR5 12800 MT/s MRDIMM memory module for AI workloads.

The product targets data-intensive uses such as generative AI, large language models, and robotics.

It is compatible with standard DDR5 RDIMM slots and offers top-tier transfer speeds plus about 60% more bandwidth.

The added bandwidth could ease memory bottlenecks in AI and HPC, improving training, inference, and robotic automation performance.

The launch is planned for Q4 2026.
