Microsoft's Surface Laptop Ultra looks like its first true MacBook Pro competitor

Microsoft announced the Surface Laptop Ultra, a new premium Surface model aimed at creators and AI-focused users.

It uses Nvidia RTX Spark-based Arm hardware, offers up to 128GB of unified memory, and includes a 15-inch display.

The laptop adds expanded ports and is positioned above the standard Snapdragon Surface Laptop line.

Microsoft plans to release it later this year, but pricing has not been announced.
