Double Fine employees have filed for union representation with the NLRB, with 42 part-time and full-time workers seeking to organize.

The workers are backed by the Communication Workers of America and have asked Microsoft for voluntary recognition.

If successful, Double Fine could become the latest Microsoft-owned game studio to unionize.
