Yelp's AI Assistant Can Now Book Restaurants, Doctors, and More

Yelp has expanded its AI Assistant to answer more detailed location questions across categories.

Users can now make restaurant reservations, book doctor appointments, place delivery orders, and request quotes in one conversation.

Partner integrations with Vagaro, Zocdoc, and Calendly help users move from search to booking inside Yelp.

The update pushes Yelp from a discovery tool toward a transaction layer that completes actions end to end.
