Nova Lake-AX (aka Razer Lake-AX) reportedly features a large iGPU tile with up to 384 Execution Units (48 Xe cores) and uses the Xe3p (Arc C series) architecture.

The silicon is described as workstation-class or PRO/MAX/ULTRA-level and is positioned as a direct competitor to AMD Strix Halo.

It could support up to 10,677 MT/s LPDDR5X; for comparison, Nova Lake-S desktop processors are expected to use an LGA 1954 socket.
