Microsoft's full-screen Xbox experience is now available to Windows 11 Insiders

Microsoft has added its Xbox full-screen mode to a Windows 11 Canary Insider build.

The feature offers a console-like, game-first interface that can boot straight into gaming.

Earlier tests on MSI handhelds showed modest RAM savings and small frame-rate gains.

It could improve gaming on Windows handhelds and other low-power devices by cutting background overhead.
