RIPSAW M1 military robot vehicle hits 53 mph, scouts terrain and launches munitions

Textron Systems unveiled the RIPSAW M1, a modular uncrewed ground vehicle for the U.S. Marine Corps at Modern Day Marine.

The vehicle can reach 53 mph, carry up to 2,000 pounds, ford shallow water, and run silently on electric power for up to 30 miles.

RIPSAW M1 is designed for reconnaissance, counter-drone, and strike missions, including launching munitions in contested terrain.

The system aligns with Force Design 2030 by supporting smaller, faster, lower-risk distributed Marine operations.
