President Lee: ‘Expect Results in Civil Aviation and Supply Chains’… Korea-Brazil Sign 7 MOUs

During President Lee Jae-myung’s state visit to Brazil, Korea and Brazil agreed to deepen economic cooperation through seven MOUs covering investment, trade, R&D, AI, healthcare, rare earths, food, and aviation.

At a business roundtable in São Paulo, Lee said he expects tangible progress in areas such as joint civil aircraft development, critical mineral supply chains, and K-beauty.

Korean and Brazilian companies and institutions also named high-level negotiation partners to advance the Korea-Mercosur trade agreement and cooperation in key industries.

The agreements lay groundwork for supply-chain diversification and expanded collaboration in future industries between the two countries.
