Samsung finally fixes the Galaxy S26 Ultra's most annoying Privacy Display flaw

Samsung narrowed the Galaxy S26 Ultra’s Privacy Display in One UI 9 Beta 4 so it now affects only the floating picture-in-picture video window.

The rest of the screen stays bright and usable, fixing the earlier issue where the whole display dimmed or changed for privacy mode.

The update makes Samsung’s privacy feature more practical for watching private videos while multitasking.

The change is tied to Flex Magic Pixel and was highlighted by leaker Ice Universe.
