I went hands-on with the Motorola Razr 2026 series and I have some very mixed feelings, but there's one model that definitely stands out

Motorola unveiled the Razr 2026 lineup, but early hands-on impressions say it looks and feels close to the 2025 models.

Changes are mostly incremental: new colors, bigger batteries, selective chip swaps, and a camera change on the Razr Plus.

Some variants are also more expensive, which could make the value story less compelling for buyers.

The Razr Ultra is the most notable model, even though it still uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite from last year.
