Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced Is Changing The Modern Day Parts Of The Game

Ubisoft has revealed Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, set to launch in July on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC as the franchise’s first remake.

The remake will center on Edward Kenway’s historical journey and Animus-driven content, according to the developers.

The original game’s modern-day Abstergo segments are being heavily reduced, with smaller rift-style moments taking their place.

Those changes could disappoint fans who valued Black Flag’s meta-story and broader Assassin’s Creed lore.
