Chengdu CAS 4.0 Technology says it has shipped over 1,000 RF test systems since 2018 and is now in Apple and Tesla supply chains.

It claims to be the first Chinese RF tester used in chip-scale production lines, after years of R&D and modular product development.

The company built customized RF testing solutions for domestic makers and is targeting higher-frequency markets such as 40GHz and 80GHz.

The case highlights China’s push to replace imports in high-end precision measurement equipment, with wider implications for semiconductors and telecom.
