The Bloomberg Terminal Is Getting an AI Makeover, Like It or Not

Bloomberg is beta-testing ASKB, a chatbot-style AI interface for about one-third of Terminal users.

The tool lets finance professionals ask high-level questions, synthesize large datasets, and automate parts of research workflows.

ASKB uses multiple language models and workflow templates to make Bloomberg Terminal faster and more useful.

Bloomberg has not announced a full release date, and questions remain about reliability and hallucinations.
