Entonic Creative released a 50-second theatrical anime trailer for its original IP, Twinkle, using generative AI.

The project, first conceived in 2014 and later planned as a feature in 2016, had been halted by budget and staffing limits before being revived with AI.

AI was used across the full pipeline, including images, video, voice, music, and editing, replacing the traditional 3D production flow.

The case highlights how AI can cut costs and labor barriers in animation, while helping validate IPs and attract investment.
