Otter’s new feature lets users search across their enterprise tools

Otter launched enterprise search that connects meeting data with apps like Gmail, Google Drive, Notion, Jira, and Salesforce using MCP.

Users can now search across work tools, push meeting summaries, or draft messages from inside Otter.

Otter also redesigned its always-available assistant and expanded botless meeting capture to Windows.

The move pushes Otter beyond transcription into a broader AI workspace to better compete with other notetakers.
