Luxury wellness hub “MITA GARDEN CLUB” opens in a Minato Ward office building for 110,000 yen per month

Sumitomo Realty Group will open MITA GARDEN CLUB, a private members-only wellness facility, on June 1 in the basement of Tokyo Mita Garden Tower in Minato, Tokyo.

Targeting affluent clients and executives, the club charges a 330,000 yen admission fee and an 110,000 yen monthly membership fee.

The roughly 4,500-square-meter facility includes baths, saunas, a 25-meter pool, golf booths, aroma treatments, dining, and lounges.

Operated by Sumitomo Realty Esforta, it will offer concierge and trainer support to help members manage health, recovery, and networking.
