Public and private sectors launch the 'AI DC Alliance'…spurring full-scale development of a national strategic industry

The Ministry of Science and ICT launched the "AI DC Alliance" in Seoul with more than 400 participants from government, companies, universities, and institutions.

The alliance will support AI data center buildout, localization of core equipment and solutions, power and cooling efficiency, legal reforms, and talent development.

It will operate through three working groups on demand, supply, and infrastructure, plus a task force for export industrialization.

The initiative aims to make AI data centers a national strategic industry, backed by public-private investment, infrastructure support, and overseas expansion.
