Microsoft and Nvidia reportedly team up on AI PCs that run actual agents instead of Copilot

Microsoft and Nvidia are reportedly preparing new AI PCs that can run local AI agents on Windows.

Nvidia’s first Windows PCs using Nvidia chips as the main processor may be unveiled next week, with Microsoft involved.

Microsoft is also building software for on-device AI agents and may use the OpenClaw framework.

The push could shift AI from a marketing feature to a core part of everyday Windows workflows, after a muted Copilot+ reception.
