New World of Warcraft Midnight update throws Hunters an essential lifeline, with Warriors and Shamans also on the rise

Blizzard’s latest World of Warcraft Midnight tuning pass buffs several underperforming specs, including Marksmanship Hunters, Warriors, Beast Master Hunters, Paladins, and Priests.

It also trims damage or healing from stronger classes such as Augmentation Evokers, Guardian Druids, Unholy Death Knights, and Frost Mages.

The patch lowers the difficulty of the Alleria fight in the Mythic Voidspire raid and includes additional bug-driven adjustments.

The changes are set to shape raid and dungeon performance, as well as class choices, ahead of next week’s maintenance.
