Apple to update App Store age ratings in Australia and Vietnam next month

Apple says the App Store will adopt new age-rating rules in Australia and Vietnam starting June 18, 2026.

Vietnam will require local ratings of 00+, 12+, 16+, or 18+ under Decree 147, while Australia will remove the 15+ tier.

Some apps may be reclassified, so developers need to review App Store Connect answers and check how the changes affect distribution to minors.
